These tariffs collusion are going to destroy what is left of western industrial capacity. If there is no competition, there is no incentive to improve, but there will be an incentive for complacency and keeping things the way they are. It's amazing to see how China went from zero to hero in 20 years. All the centuries of built in advantage that the west has is gone in 20 years. Actually China has even surpassed them.
