We use all certified ORGANIC ingredients and we allow one week two week three week and four-week patches stored in glass mason jars to culture ferment in a cool dark place for immune system probiotic support. We use kefir limes, Thai limes, and Thai Lemon. Sometimes we add red hot Thai Chili pepper the highest form of water-soluble vitamin C as well. Fermented one-month black Thai Garlic is sometimes added also. We grow organically our own foods so we add the medicinal mixture as a dressing or topping to our fruit platter of papaya and pineapple with leafy greens of papaya leaf and pumpkin seed dressings.
