    Find a container that’s about 750ML or 24 oz. that has a screw on cap. It should be see through so you can tell when the mix is totally suspended in the water. You will need to shake the concoction each time you use it because the granular stuff settles to the bottom.

    2-teaspoons of Turmeric

    2-teaspoons of Garlic Powder

    2-teaspoons of Ground Ginger

    2-teaspoons of Cayenne Pepper

    1-teaspoon cinnamon (doesn’t mix well, so shake a lot)

    1/4-teaspoon of Black Pepper

    6-teaspoons of Apple Cider Vinegar

    Approx. 1/8 cup of Lemon Juice

    Add about 20oz. of water into the 24oz. container and shake vigorously before taking.

    I drink 1/3 glass each morning.

    Lately I've replaced the garlic powder with just adding garlic in my food at dinner because the taste became too obnoxious. If I don't add it to my food, there's also garlic tablets I purchase on Amazon. I've also changed things a bit by making the drink with a smoothie mix. Any smoothie mix powder will work.
