According to the fishermen the Philippine Coast Guard is nowhere to be seen when they are harassed by the Chinese Coast Guards. If this is true PBBM should fire the Commodore of the PCG for incompetence and cowardice. He is only good in making press releases but is obviously intimidated by the Chinese Coast Guard who are harassing the Filipino fishermen without anyone protecting them.
PCG Commodore Tarriela should explain his inability to protect our fishermen.
