The hypocrisy of the US is breathtakingly outrageous. China has never threatened or interfered with legitimate commercial shipping in the South China Sea. No ship operating in international shipping lanes has been threatened by China. But only yesterday, the US in the form of a belligerent fighter jet threatened an Iranian Mahan Airbus A310 flying along a commercial route according to aviation protocols. It was reported that five passengers received injuries as the pilot had to perform a sharp nosedive, apparently trying to avoid a collision. Imagine if the US were to control the shipping lanes around China. It could, and will, interfere and threaten any country's shipping if it didn't like its politics. It has done it yesterday, in the past, and it will do so in future. It is already trying to interfere in China's shipping by using it's fleet to close off shipping lanes in fake "exercises". No doubt more to come from the Evil Empire.

(1) China is not the only claimant of south China sea and other claimants include Philippines, Vietnam, Brunei, Taiwan and Malaysia (2) The nine-dash line area claimed now by China was actually claimed first by the Republic of China (ROC or Taiwan). ROC was the name of China until it was defeated by CCP in 1949. Please note that no countries including US and other claimants have challenged this nine-dash line area claimed by both mainland China and Taiwan until recently. (3) Taiwan has exactly the same claim of south China sea as mainland China (4) In 2016, although an arbitration tribunal ruled against the nine-dash line area claimed by China but the tribunal did not rule on the ownership of the islands or delimit maritime boundaries either. (5) Not just China but also ROC (Taiwan) stated that they didn’t recognize the tribunal. (6) Currently Vietnam is occupying 4 islands and 25 reefs and Philippines is occupying 7 islands and 1 reef. China is occupying no islands but artificial islands on 7 reefs. Apparently, it is Vietnam not China that occupies the most islands and reefs. Philippines also occupies more than China. However, we criticize China ONLY. If 7 homeowners have built 7 flow beds on a public greenbelt, can the HOA only punish one homeowner who doesn’t build the largest flow bed?

HONG KONG (Reuters) – A Chinese military spokesperson said on Friday that the U.S. destroyer John McCain had entered waters around the disputed Paracel Islands in the South China Sea claimed by China without China's permission.
"We demand the U.S. immediately stop such provocative actions, (and) strictly control and restrict military operations in the sea and air," the spokesperson said in a post on an official WeChat account.
The spokesperson also said it would take all necessary measures to resolutely safeguard national sovereignty and security and to maintain peace and stability in the South China Sea.

Indonesia is not claimant state in South China Sea dispute. But the Self proclaimed nine-dash line is overlapping with Indonesia northern most EEZ (It's pretty far from spartly and disputed area of SCS) and the Chinese fishing vessel guarded by Chinese coast guard always coming that overlapping point that's why the skirmish happened like in 6 month ago, but after that skirmishsix months ago through diplomatic channel that dispute is resolved and China withdrew from our EEZ aka the overlapping area. For Indonesia as long as the China fishing vessel is not coming to our EEZ, we don't really have problem with them.
