Beyond the filing of a diplomatic protest (which already have been numerous and ignored by China), shouldn’t there be at least a law declared by the Phil. legislature imposing fines on China for every day they illegally occupy areas within the Philippine economic zone? The fines will be cumulative w interest rates so long as their illegal occupation exists and will be punitive upon collection in so far as Chinese property holdings in the Philippines are concerned.
