If they don't get more exclusive blockbusters? No, it won't beat Sony because there's no new games. Just gonna play the same ones with slightly more powerful hardware? We can already to that on PC. It's about the games available on the platform balanced with visuals. If xbox wants to sell xbox, you need exclusive xbox only titles that rock the boat like Horizon, God of War, The last of Us, Days gone, Uncharted, Gran turismo, and FF7 remakes do. Indy and Starfield are on the right track though! Great games! I got a PC specifically when Starfield was made exclusive to Microsoft and Indy was awesome! Why does nintendo do well? Because you can't play their games anywhere else.

The difference in compute between Xbox and PlayStation has become a pointless discussion, unless of course you're a professional fanboy. Release great games and people will invest in the hardware to play them. MS needs a great 2025 in terms of AAA releases otherwise who cares about a new Xbox in 2026.
But we can all play xbox on our smart TVs so it's absolutely pointless.
I am hoping that instead of a new xbox x and s I'd prefer a new xbox drop the s and add a handheld in its place.
